Scouting is a worldwide youth organisation for 6 – 25 year olds. In this country it is run by The Scout Association. In turn our Group is part of East Grinstead Scout District, which comes within West Sussex Scout County. We have a Beaver Scout Colony (6–8 years) Cub Scout Pack (8–10½ years) and Scout Troop(s) (10½-14).
If you are interested in signing your child up for one of the sections, please do so via the ‘CHILD JOINING‘ form.
We are also always looking for adults to support the growing unit. So if you would like to help our Beavers, Cubs and Scouts build vital skills for life, please get in touch via the ‘VOLUNTEER‘ form.
If you are a parent with a child who has recently joined, or is about to join, one of our sections, you can find all the information you need to know on the Beavers, Cubs and Scouts pages. Day to day information, including contact information for the leaders, and activity plans can will be provided via the online parent portal MyScout.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions you might have about scouting in Forest Row.
